is holding its annual
Car Show, Flea Market, Car Corral and 2nd Chance Auction
June 15, 2019
from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the museum.
The Studebaker Cool exhibit features more than 50 Studebaker vehicles spanning the horse drawn era to the futuristic Studebaker Sceptre, on loan from the Studebaker National Museum, South Bend, IN. Also included in the display is the 1908 Studebaker Electric “To & Fro” Carry-all, “Tommy”, one of only two purpose built vehicles used to transport passengers back and forth in the underground tunnel from the Old Senate Building to the Capitol in Washington, D.C. Tommy is on loan from The William E. Swigart Jr. Automobile Museum, Huntingdon, PA.
Bring your Studebaker out to the AACA Museum on June 15th for a fun day of car related activities. Park with like-minded Studebaker owners in the “Feature Marque” show area, peruse the flea market and car corral, or bid on someone else’s unwanted treasure. But, most of all, view the museum’s Studebaker exhibit, described by one, unsolicited, long time Studebaker collector as “an amazing display of Studebakers!” There will also be a Valve Cover Racing competition, conducted by the Keystone Region Chapter’s very own, “Tiger” Tom Ehrhart, a renowned valve cover champion in his day.
You registration includes the collector dash plaque, one free admission to the museum with discounted admission for your passengers, and eligibility for prizes and awards, including the “Feature Exhibit Award – Studebaker”. Attached is the event flyer, with show registration form, and the vendor/car corral/auction registration forms. The early registration deadline has been extended to June 10, 2019.
