1963 R-2696

Car 2696 and while I know the previous owner and exactly where he lived in CA, I cannot locate any prior owners. One of our CA members actually went back into the early 80's in our roster but could not locate any further info. I don't think Turning Wheels keeps a roster by serial/VIN #? I know the car was in CA in the 70's as it was purchased by the PO in or about 1982 in CA, near LA. I would not be too surprised to learn of it having some racing history considering it has the 4:10 tag on the diff.
