Vehicle Description

	This is an original, low mileage, matching numbers (factory build sheet) Avanti that I have owned 
and driven in the Memphis, TN area since 1995. From 1984 thru 1994 it was located in Scottsdale, AZ. This
 Avanti is well maintained and it is in excellent condition throughout, everything works, it has never been
 smoked in, it was awarded first place in three Studebaker zone meets. The original 1984 Avanti factory
 repaint is not perfect but still looks good.

locally and I will be accepting offers for it up to the end of this auction.

This vehicle is sold "as-is" and "where-is" with NO warranty expressed or implied. The Buyer is responsible 
for making all shipping arrangements (including any applicable costs). A non-refundable deposit of $500 is 
due upon completion of the auction. Full payment is due within 7 days of the close of the auction. Acceptable 
payment is via cash, cashier's check or money order and must clear my local bank (Regions) before title transfer
 and pickup. The Buyer must contact me to make arrangements if the car is not going to be picked up within 7 days
 of the close of the auction.
