Chevrolet that was rebuilt in 1997 -less than 10,000 miles ago. There are a little bit of chrome in the engine compartment, but not flashy. The engine has chrome spark plugs installed that you never should have to replace. The transmission is a 400 Turbohydromatic and the exhaust system is all aluminum. You should never have to replace the pipes. The upholstery is stock and in good condition. Dr. R. Streza, that ordered the car 1976, installed pale green suede interior that cover seats, a detachable front seat armrest, roll bar and headliner (all in very good condition). The seats were designed by Eames. The dash and console panels display Italian Ash wood veneer. This is a non-smoker vehicle as well as a fully loaded car (Dr. Strenza was not holding back !). Collapsible tilt steering wheel (beautiful Nardi designed wood and aluminum wheel). Power steering. Cruise control (that has been disconnected). Internal control left side mirror. Power windows, moon roof, trunk and door locks. Tinted sunband in windshield and a reflected tinted glass moon roof. Rear window deicer. Working A/C with a new compressor. Audiovox stereo with rear seat and under dash speakers. The rear lights arrangement has been changed. The original taillight consisted of two lights mounted in the fender, and two back-up lights mounted in the trunk. This gives a very poor visibility of the rear at night (for others). So, two independent new back-up lights were added under the bumper and the old back-up lights were changed to additional tail lights (the old lenses are included for easy conversion back to the original arrangement). The headlights have been changed to halogen, and two relays added under the hood (to support the higher current).
