The body looks great from around ten feet. Being fiber glass, it has the usual stress cracks but no body damage. The stainless and chrome are in great condition with no pitting. The glass is tinted with no cracks. The interior will need some work. I replaced the original front seats with Camaro Z-28 buckets. They are more comfotable and will also recline. The AC works but must have a small leak and I ran out of R12 freon. The cruise control stopped working. Could be a fuse or switch? The Avanti has low miles and is a very solid driving car spending 25 years in the desert. I have restored 3 Avanti's , one of them winning first place at the Studebaker Nationals in South Bend. Because of health reasons, I can't complete this car the way I had originally planned . If you have any questions, call me. (480-816-9039) Frank Checchin 15225 E Verbena Dr, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268
