...This is an important step. The purpose of the rivets is not to hold the weight of the sitter. The bolt presses against the bottom side of the hole. Since it was expanded to be larger, it must be repaired to its original state. I used chemical metal for it, which is stronger than fiberglass which also works well. Always remember to make sure that all bolts have good and clean threads... Always. You can also grease the threads and wipe off the excess.
