In Daytona Beach in the 50's, the Studebaker dealer was Everett Bell , and I think it was called San Juan Motors. It was on Beach St. just south of the Main St Bridge. After about 1962, a new dealer took over. This was James Motors on US 1 near Madison Ave.. I used to walk by it on my way to and from School. That dealership was quite active in advertising and also scored a Fla SRD ( now FDOT ) contract and it was common to see Larks in use by the Dept. employees. Mr. Bell had something to do with the 2 Larks that ran at Sebring.
