Patches from Classic Enterprises.
Important inexpensive tools I used all from Harbor Freight:
Air metal shear
Air punch/flange tool
240 volt Mig Welder
I would add two comments to the fender patch video.
1) On my next ones I sheet metal screw a temporary lateral angle iron
straightener between the patch and fender until the joint is welded up.
Without this the Bondo on the patches in the video was deeper than I would desire.
2) The rubber spacer between fender and firewall like SI offers is important
as it provides 1/4" more clearance for the door opening without binding.
