1975 Avanti II   Steering Box

Origin: It is factual that the Avanti Motor Corp ran out of the original Ross Steering box and it was replaced with one that was currently used on a Fork Lift. This occurred in the early 70's and it isn't known t me how many of these cars used this box or what replaced it. Not many photos of these applications are available, but this page shows pics of a 1975 Avanti in a scrap yard, showing the fabled steering box.
