1965-66 McKinnon I-6 or V8 engined Studebaker cars, equipped with the Flight-O-Matic or the PowerShift transmissions.

A special bellhousing (I-6 or V8) was used to mount the transmission to the McKinnon engine. The RQA Avantis also used the V8 Special bellhousing until the 70 RQB models came out with the TH350.

Checker Motors (Taxicabs) originated this bellhousing in 1964, as they stopped using Continental engines for the more favorable GM engines and had to mate the SBC to the already used Borg Warner Automatic ie; F-O-M. They also used Studebaker wheels and brakes until 1969.
