Aug 2005 Tuning an Edelbrock carb on a Stude ========================================= My personal experience with 1406's on non-performance small cube engines is that leaner secondary jets improve full throttle acceleration. Depending on what you are not liking about the performance would determine the changes you need to make. If you are happy with initial acceleration but feel full throttle is lacking, try dropping the 95 secondary jet to a 92. Also, a little more timing advance may be necessary.
