Rear brake dragging.....

Regarding your question...

 Not the rear brake hose  or it  would lock up both brakes...

 Maybe the rear brake are adjusted unequally and parking brake cable on 
 left side not releasing fully  causing brake to drag.

 Take the drum off and look at the centering piece on the top pivot. 
 There is a small arrow on it. Make sure it is pointed toward the front. 
 Its the piece both of the shoes contact at the top.  It was called the 
 anchor block and is part no. 535146. It was present in the early 1950's 
 brakes on, I am uncertain when they started using this part.

 Put the drum back on and loosen the brake adjustment a couple clicks.  See 
 if this helps.   Self adjuster may be getting frisky..
