I am trying to find out more information about a Studillac owned in 1955 by William Woodward Jr., owner of the racehorse Nashua. He had it up in Saratoga that August and it was so well liked by his friend, Ian Fleming, that Fleming included it in a chapter of his next James Bond book, "Diamonds are Forever," published in 1956. Do you know anything about this? I hoped something was written about the car at that time, a magazine article, a newspaper story, anything!!! I'm writing a book about the Belair Stud which was located in Maryland, the racing stable owned by the Woodwards. If you can help, I sure would appreciate it."
