Vacuum gauge stopped working?

If the vacuum gauge is stuck, spray a little Triflo Teflon into the fitting 
at the back of the gauge and let is soak several days. That will free it up.

I had a similar problem and found out that the hose had slipped 
off the nib on the back of the gauge.  Easy fix.  It was accessible through 
the speaker port on the top of the dash.  Very easy if you don't have a 
speaker there.  I didn't bother tracing the line any further so I can't help 
much if that isn't the problem.
