I am constructing a page to profile my 1963 Studebaker Avanti that I am preparing to sell.  The page is still under construction.  I will include photographs and videos of the vehicle's features.  This is probably not the best candidate of a Studebaker Avanti to restore to original since it does not have the original engine and has been modified by the previous owner.  It is more like a show car in need of a fresh coat of paint, new leaf springs and rear shocks, and some other work.  I am setting the price at $20,000 but that is negotiable.
The vehicle is located in Eastern Iowa.

1963 Studebaker Avanti

There is no other car quite like the Avanti.  I seldom see good photographs of it and that worked to my advantage when I decided to buy mine.  There were less than 5000 orignial Studebaker models built and I believe  a lesser number of post Studebaker Avantis.

Three light bulbs in each taillight instead of one.  They used to blink sequentially.  The increased visibility is important for such a small taillight.  My dad's Avanti was hit from behind while he was making a left turn.  The other driver did not see the turn signal.

Front high-back bucket seats from an Avanti II.  I have the original low seat backs, but I do regard a headrest as a valuable piece of safety equipment.

Edelbrock 600 to replace Holley 780... (list number 4555 for the Holley).  I still have the Holley which gave neck breaking acceleration but I gained perhaps 25% in fuel mileage.  The air cleaner is too small for the volume of air traveling through the carb, but clearance between its top and the hood is very tight.  I had been planning to add a snorkel type of filter.
