This car was originally Avanti Gold with an orange interior. Weird combination, but 
not as bad as it sounds. Definitely an acquired taste. The seller obviously didn't 
like it - he had it re-painted white prior to my buying it. Other than the interior
 color, it was a twin of the other car - R-1, auto, A/C. Had about 70K miles.  My 
wife used the car as a daily driver for nearly 3 years, since which time it has not
 been driven. I started a restoration in 1998, including stripping the body & 
painting it gold again. Unfortunately I got 80% finished and lost interest, so
 the car is still languishing in my garage.
