Hello,

I was the original owner of the Atlanta Showcar Avanti serial number R-4950.  I bought it in Mobile Alabama, in May 1964 from Ralph’s Studebaker.

I sold it to Lamar Springer in Atlanta Ga in late 1964.  The best I’ve been able to dig up, is that Springer, or his estate, sold it to Gerald Snyder, of Plant City Florida in 2013. 

Where it is now,  or if Snyder still owns it, I don’t know.  Any info you have since 2013 would be greatly appreciated. 

This was my all time dream car, and I did not want to give it up, but smitten as I was, I relented to my fiancé.
