The state of Georgia registers it as a 1970 Avanti, but the VIN suggests
 it's a 1969.  The car has a Chevy 350 ci Corvette engine, auto 3-spd transmission.
  Exterior color is Saturn Firemist (coppery-metal flake).  Interior is smoked-elk
 with a black dashboard.  I am the fourth owner.  I have a complete maintenance
 history that goes back to 1979.  The vehicle is driven weekly for fun or as
 needed as a backup.  Runs great - lot of fun to drive.  I usually take it to
 the annual GA Studebaker show
