It turns out that there is a steel rod running under the sides of the car, 
along the frame, that has a potentially bad rust out problem.  All of you 
with Kelly cars, take a peak and let me know what you find.  The original 
writer from Wisconsin has this bar completely rusted away.

If you have additional trim under the car it may be hard to find, but it's 
there, just under the lip of the glass.

The cruise control is Apex or Ajax - Dodge application. I suspect any good speedo 
shop should be able to supply the cable.
