Art Smith, Frankfort, IN 1962

The fellow on the far right, Harley McClughen, is Dale "Lark Parker" McPhearson's uncle, who worked at the dealership as a Lube & Oil Change Tech. Harley's attention to detail was legendary; he so thoroughly lubricated / oiled / whatever was specified for every part of a car brought in for service, that Art Smith Motors enjoyed a good Lube & Oil Change trade from people owning competitive makes. Who knows how many Studebakers were sold because lube & oil customers were so pleased with Harley's service, and they had time to look around the dealership while their car was being massaged?
