Mertz Motors was the Studebaker dealership in Shamokin, Pa. The building still
 stands along with the service garage which is up the hill. The showroom is
 occupied by a carpet and flooring store, and the garage is privately owned 
and at last check there were a few hawks in the garage, and a bunch of willys
 jeeps outside. Broskey Motors (Packard) is still standing also, it is currently
 home to a Jack Williams tire store, and before that Shamokin Tire.
