      ). Ernest Panciera is the father of (Antonio L.) Panciera. There are two separate time frames to this dealership.

      ). The Panciera Motors dealership was started between 1948 and 1950 by Ernest Panciera. He ran this Studebaker dealership until his death on November 24, 1955. The dealership during this time was at 179 Main Street.

      ). With the death of Ernest, Antonio took over this business. For at least part of 1956 it remained at the Main Street location. By 1958 though, it had been combined with Antonio's Packard dealership, which he had been running since at least 1950, at 33 Railroad Avenue, and it was known as A. L Panciera. It remained in business selling Studebakers at least into 1962.
