87 Avanti Defroster Switch
It's a Cole Hersee Co. PN 58328-101BP. 

t's the same size, but a matte 
black finish. You may need to rewire the plug, I can fax you how I 
connected the wires. It works but isn't original.
The original from what I can find out was made by Cutler Hammer, they 
use a similar CH stamp as Cole Hersee. Cutler Hammer is now a division 
of Eaton. Eaton doesn't offer the original switch, but their web site 
shows a switch with the same specs. I don't know yet if its a stock 
item or if you have to special order a minimum quantity.
